Regarding the details of the new collection, what I want to say is this: the model in the fourth photo is wearing the qipao that is actually larger than her true size. Objectively, this was because time was limited and we didn’t have the chance to make pieces in their exact measurements (these were originally prepared for a previous model). Coincidentally, however, the presentation made me feel very relaxed in its aesthetic, so I decided not to make any changes.
In the world of qipaos, there’s often endless debate over sizing, which tends to overlook the overall feeling and aesthetic. If you want a breeze, you have to go where the wind is.
You are, of course, welcome to choose a size that fits you perfectly. But for those who are usually torn between two sizes, this collection offers the opportunity to try a slightly looser fit—the kind with a bit more tolerance. The waist can still be adjusted to suit your preference.
SIZING INFORMATION
Please choose the size according to the widest point of your body to ensure a comfortable fit.
Note that Chinese sizes are smaller than US sizes. Please refer to the sizing chart in the photos. Please measure in centimeters.
CLEANING INFORMATION
NOTE: Linen naturally has a lived-in look—it’s prone to wrinkles, may shrink when wet, and can release excess dye.
Washing: Wash separately the first time to prevent color bleeding. Use a mild detergent and hand wash gently.
Drying: Do not wring. Lay flat to dry.
Ironing: Steam ironing is more effective than vertical steaming for smoothing linen, especially for hem creases caused by cotton shrinkage. However, always consider the fabric’s tolerance—some materials are sensitive to high heat, so it’s recommended to use a cloth barrier when pressing.
Do not expose to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Do not use bleach.
