Based on artifacts found at the Huang Sheng Tomb, originating from the Southern Song Dynasty.
The Beizi 褙子 is a long jacket with brocaded trim around the collar, hem, and cuffs. It features side slits to allow your skirt to peek through, as well as providing ventilation. Collar is lined with both white and red trim, creating a unique contrast against the light taro shade of the main fabric.
Brocaded trim contains intricate lush flowers and leaves, subtle woven gold thread adds a beautiful sheen to the brocade.

CLEANING INFORMATION
Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons. Please air dry the clothes on a hanger. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu. For ironing, please use lowest heat setting or steam out the wrinkles.
