The Jiu Cha 旧茶 Aged Tea Fairy Set is inspired by the elegance of dynastic silhouettes and reimagined for the modern fairy spirit 🧚
Start with the base: the Liling Xiejin Changshan 立领斜襟长衫 (standing collar diagonal panel long top). Embroidered with blooming cherry blossom branches along the sleeves and collar. The expansive embroidery adds a charming regal touch.
Layer the Yuanling Banxiu Changshan 圆领半袖长衫 (round collar half sleeve long top). Round collar and short sleeves allows the embroidery to peek through. Perfect for layering over any Ming top!
Add the piéce de resistance - the Yunjian 云肩 (cloud collar). One of the most gorgeous accessories in Chinese history, the cloud collar represents one's connection to the universe and world.
Intricate butterflies, cherry blossoms, and twisting branches represent good fortune, new beginnings, and wisdom. Square cut style cloud collar with 4 clear points to represent the cardinal directions.
Finally, the Mamian Qun 马面裙 (horse face skirt) adds a pop of color and extra elegance. Jacquard floral base fabric catches the light beautifully, revealing peony chains.
It's rather rare to see embroidered designs on Mamian Qun these, but this one is a showstopper! Cherry blossoms are embroidered all along the lower hem.

CLEANING INFORMATION
Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons. Please air dry the clothes on a hanger. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu. For ironing, please use lowest heat setting or steam out the wrinkles.
