Liu Ye 柳叶 Willow Leaf Song Dynasty Satin Liangpianqun Two Panel Skirt
The Liangpianqun 两片裙 or "two panel skirt" was a popular garment during the later end of the Northern Song, and during the earlier half of the Southern Song Dynasty.
Consisting of two large, overlapping panels along the same waistband. The two panel skirt is a rather rare example of Chinese skirts taking on a slimmer shape, rather than the usual flowing A-line.
