"Court Ladies Wearing Flowered Headdresses" is one of the greatest works of art in Chinese history. Painted by Zhou Fang, this Zanhua Shinü 簪花仕女 Recreation Heziqun is an elegant and true replica of the beautiful garments within the painting.

Featuring a heziqun 诃子裙, a particular style of dress only seen in Late Tang paintings.

Constructed with a wide band across the chest, the band called hezi 诃子 was thought to be a form of undergarment before gradually being worn over skirts.

Although there are no official artifacts found of heziqun 诃子裙 and its only proof of existence lives on in a few paintings, it still remains one of the most popular styles of hanfu today.

Pair with the daxiushan 大袖衫, a long jacket with floor grazing sleeves and deep side slits.

CLEANING INFORMATION

Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons. Please air dry the clothes on a hanger. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu. For ironing, please use lowest heat setting or steam out the wrinkles.
